Learn to Fly at Bourland Field!
Bourland Field is the perfect place to learn to fly! Bourland Field is also the most affordable place to learn to fly. We don't have the added expenses of the big schools, and this allows us to focus on you and pass the savings straight through. We target aircraft that are well maintained and appropriate for the student. We are outside of the DFW class B airspace but still very close to the metroplex. This allows us to instruct in a far less congested area without the added pressures of working with controlled airspace. Then, when ready for the additional workload, it is easy to go to the controlled airspace to get the needed training to feel comfortable with the added layer. Flight instruction is available with very proficient and experienced flight instructors. |
